DESCRIPTION

The Siduri Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is sourced primarily from vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills - the darling for Pinot wine collectors. Aromas of dried cranberry, mission fig and exotic spice are bolstered by flavors of Damson plum, fresh raspberry, black plum and fresh earth, all framed by a broad texture and palate-lengthening brightness for mushroom risotto or grilled salmon.

"
Matured for 10 months in 25% new French oak, the 2021 Pinot Noir Santa Barbara County has a medium garnet color and broody scents of blackberries, mushrooms, mossy bark and brewed black tea. The medium-bodied palate has a concentrated core of earthy fruit, silky tannins, bright acidity and a long finish laced with floral perfume."
