DESCRIPTION

The high-altitude Skycrest Vineyard in Mendocino County's rugged and remote Anderson Valley is a rocky site that produces deep and structured Pinot Noirs. Located just 18 miles from the Pacific coastline, the vineyard climbs from 1,400 to 2,000 feet and features a patchwork of small blocks. The Siduri Skycrest Pinot Noir is a lively, aromatically-charged wine that showcases the beauty of the site. The 2022 Anderson Valley Pinot Noirs are fresh, elegant, and floral – true to place and wonderful examples of why the cool Anderson Valley remains an incredible place to grow Pinot Noir.

"
This wine is deep, with aromas of boysenberry, pomegranate, black plum, toasted Tahitian vanilla and dried florals on the nose. Flavors on the palate are black raspberry-rhubarb coulis and youthful strawberry, mingled with coriander, dark chocolate, orange cream and a long, silky finish. Pair with grilled chicken paillard."
