Anderson Valley Pinot Month

May is Anderson Valley Pinot month, and we are jazzed! Siduri started in Anderson Valley almost 20 years ago, back in 1994 and has a special place in our heart and is a special place for Pinot Noir. With elevations that reach up to 2,000 feet and consistently cool temperature throughout the day our vineyard sites are ideal for producing highly concentrated Pinot Noir with stellar acidity and color. Take home an Anderson Valley Pinot Noir today.

"Anderson Valley is where it all began for Siduri back in 1994. We sourced from a vineyard just a stone’s throw away from Edmeades Vineyard, where we currently source one of our Pinot Noirs. Being in the area is always a homecoming of sorts. I absolutely love growing areas like Anderson Valley that are off the beaten path and embrace winegrowing for the sake of winegrowing. It’s not a place where you’ll find spas and shopping malls, but you will find exceptional Pinot Noir vineyards. It’s a small valley but there is tremendous variability as you work your way from the sandstone chaparral hills in the southeastern corner of the valley towards the fog-shrouded redwoods of the deep-end near the mouth of the Navarro River. The Pinot Noirs here can certainly have power and concentration but are more known for fresh fruit notes backed by vibrant acidity due to the huge diurnal temperature swings during the growing season. Undiscovered by some, yes, but the quality in Anderson Valley is undeniable"
