Winemakers' Comments
The 2005 Siduri Russian River Valley Pinot Noir has been one of our favorite appellation wines since its inception. After working through the single-vineyard blends we tasted the remaining barrels of Pinot from our various Russian River Valley vineyards and tinkered around with different possibilities until we can up with a combination that is 35% Keefer, 27% Amber Ridge, 21% Sapphire Hill, and 17% Ewald Vineyard Pinot Noir. What impresses us most about this wine is its remarkable perfume. The wine seemingly leaps from the glass with aromas of violets, fresh flowers, raspberries and hints of incense. It is medium-bodied with loads of cherry and raspberry fruits and hints of earth and cigar box.

This Russian River Blend is bottled with a screw cap. Enjoy!
